With your commitment to place a conditional order, we go to work to locate your manufacturer. In many cases, particularly in areas of apparel, promotional items, sporting goods, handicrafts, and special event souvenir merchandise, we can immediately source and set up the manufacture of your product(s). In cases where we have pre-existing vendors, the process is rapid, and can be accomplished with an air courier (FedEx/DHL/UPS) shipment, e-mails, and sometimes preliminary, high resolution digital photos.

If we have to go into the manufacturing marketplace, our extensive databases, sample library, e-mail correspondence, catalogs and hard-copy files aid us greatly in sizing up your needs, and getting you paired up with just the right manufacturer and product.

Depending on the specific product and manufacturing process, PRE-PRODUCTION PROTOTYPE SAMPLES are often ready and back to us here within two weeks.

We will advise you in advance of SETUP CHARGES for molds, dyes, silk-screens, embroidery digitizing, and any other preparation charges. Very often we roll in the cost of the setup with the price we quote you, to be applied to your initial order. We do not charge for the actual sample, only setup charges and air express for the shipping - often around $50 – $75 if the sample is not overly large or heavy.
